Andrea is a native of Colorado having grown up in Denver. She holds a bachelor of arts degree in mathematics and a masters in architecture. She is one of five partners leading HB&A Architecture & Planning where her primary focus
is on business development. Her greatest skill is as a positive, enthusiastic connector - actively creating opportunities to improve the fullness of peoples’ lives where they live, work, play, worship, and come together as a community. She is very active in the downtown area of Colorado Springs where her home, office, church, and favorite recreational and cultural hangouts are located.

Gary Barber

Gary Barber is the intermountain regional director for WestWater Research, LLC, with offices in Colorado Springs, CO.
Barber’s resume includes 16 years of involvement with Colorado water rights. He has been engaged by the El Paso County Water Authority, Pikes Peak Regional Water Authority, and the Fountain Creek Watershed Flood Control and Greenway District. Gary is the current chairman of the Fountain Creek Watershed Greenway Fund. Barber is originally from Colorado Springs, graduating from the United States Air Force Academy in 1976.
Barber’s resume includes 16 years of involvement with Colorado water rights. He has been engaged by the El Paso County Water Authority, Pikes Peak Regional Water Authority, and the Fountain Creek Watershed Flood Control and Greenway District. Ferris Frost

Ferris is part owner of her family’s ranch south of Fountain, the western boundary of which abuts Fountain Creek so it would be no surprise that she has had an interest in controlling flooding, erosion and sedimentation while restoring ecosystem services and recreational amenities along the creek. Naturally this led to her participation, since 2006, in the development of the Fountain Creek Watershed, Flood Control and Greenway District and its Citizen’s Advisory Group and, now, with the Greenway Fund! She has a BA from Colorado College in Philosophy and a MA from the Columbia School of International and Public Affairs.
Eileen Healy

Eileen is the Membership and Outreach Director for the Trails and Open Space Coalition. She’s lived in Colorado Springs for 27 years, and is always looking for ways to bring people and organizations together to create a more walkable, bikeable, sustainable, prosperous and fun community. Her resume includes positions in Finance, Administration, Human Resources and Marketing. She rides bikes everywhere she can, and advocates for more trail and bike connections for the 60% of folks who would bicycle more if they felt safe doing it.
Sean Holveck

Sean is driven to improve his community by being a catalyst for growth, inspiration, and sustainability. He is the Designer and Owner of Holveck Designs and in charge of marketing at OutThere Colorado. He has served on the Board of Urban Peak Colorado Springs and worked for 12 years for the Pikes Peak Council, Boy Scouts of America. Sean is heavily involved with City for Champions and focuses on improving the overall quality of life in the Pikes Peak Region. In December, 2014, he was nominated for the Mayor's Young Leader Award in Creative Industry.
David Lord

David Lord, now retired, spent most of his professional career in College Administration. Since 2010, David has served as the voluntary Executive Director for Innovations in Aging Collaborative. Lord is an active on a number of Colorado Springs boards including: The Fountain Creek Watershed Greenway Fund, Goodwill, Silver Key, Peak Vista Foundation, Downtown Development Authority, and Cottonwood Artist School.
Lord has lived in Downtown Colorado Springs for 25 years where he overlooks the Fountain Creek Waterway. For many years has enjoyed the trails and parks that adjoin the waterway. He has always felt the waterway should be an asset of downtown.

Allison Plute

Allison is the Fountain Creek Watershed Project Manager for Colorado Springs Utilities. She works with a wide variety of stakeholders to meet the shared objectives of watershed health through collaboration and educational activities. Allison has worked for the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, as a wildlife guide in Alaska, at the El Paso County Nature Centers and as a stormwater educator in her hometown of Rochester, MN. She also serves on the Fountain Creek Watershed District's Citizen Advisory Group and Outreach subcommittee. She enjoys playing outside, gardening and making her community a better place.

Steve Rothstein

In late-2007, following a 23-year Air Force career as a fighter pilot and a strategist, Steve and his wife DeeAnn became social entrepreneurs. They settled in Colorado Springs with their two children and a vision. Together, they co-founded and he now leads the Colorado Springs Science Center Project –a $60M effort developing a world-class experiential science museum for the Pikes Peak region. He also co-founded and chairs the Colorado Springs Science Festival a nine-day celebration of our region’s science and technology fabric that has reached over 30,000 people
across our region and enters its fifth year this fall.

Richard Skorman

Richard served seven years on City Council from 1999 to 2007, was Vice Mayor from 2003 to 2005 and served as Board Chair for the Pikes Peak Area Council of Governments in 2000 and 2005. Richard also served as the Pikes Peak Regional Director for U.S. Senator Ken Salazar from 2006 to 2008, was the co-director of two successful Trails Open Space and Parks (TOPS) Initiatives in 1997 and 2003 to expand Colorado Spring’s parks, trails and open
